Meet your facilitators
Alena and Karen are Toronto-based yoga instructors with a combined over 10 years experience, actively teaching in studios and community settings since 2017. Through gentle movement and mindful sequencing, they’ve dedicated their work to guiding students on a path to physical and emotional well-being.
Experience a weekend of nourishment, relaxation, renewal and self care, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and supportive company.
